Utilizing User Filters for Reports

Access Level: Advisor, Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Advisor, Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor

There are four different reports you can pull in the User Management tab in Suitable: Activity Completion Report, Points Report, Individual Completion Report, and User List. All filtering options apply to these reports.

How to Utilize Filters for Reports

1. Navigate to Settings > User Management. Under the search bar, utilize the filtering toolbar (Class standings, Student data filters, Account type, and Active type) to specify if any filters you would like to apply to your report. You'll also see an Alumni sorting button below the filtering toolbar on the left hand side.

2. After applying your filters, choose the report you'd like to pull from the dropdown menu Get report from search. 

3. Once you've pulled this report, it will be sent to you via email. Look for this email in your Spam or Junk folders!
