Access Level: Student, Contributor, Advisor, Publisher or Administrator
This article is intended for all users in Suitable. Student users can only pull Activity Completion Reports for activities they requested and were approved by an Administrator. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: None
Whenever a student completes an activity, it will be recorded on that activity's Completion Report. Regardless of the type of activity (Task, Event, Experience Set, or Point Total Activity), the completion report is pulled the same way. Completion reports include a time stamp recording when a student completed an activity. You can also view completions in app, find out how to do that here.
How to Download Activity Completion Reports:
1. Navigate to the Activities tab on the left-side toolbar on your homepage.
2. Find the activity for which you wish to pull the Completion Report. Click the three vertical ellipses in the top right corner of the activity and select Pull Completion Report.
3. A green header will pop up indicating a successful request.
4. Check your email. Be sure to check your SPAM folder!
- Use the link to download the report. As the link will expire within 7 days, be sure to store the report in an accessible location.
