Keep in mind...
Save time editing activities by considering the primary differences between an activity's "Basic Edit" and "Advanced Edit". Only in the "Advanced Edit" is where an activity's requirements can be adjusted, completion validation can be set, and location/time details for events can be changed.
Below are instructions on how to access "Advanced Edit":
1. First, go to the "Activities" tab on the left-side toolbar and find the activity that you would like to edit, then click "Edit".
2. Once here, you will see a menu of buttons toward the bottom, left corner of the activity's edit window. The button furthest to the right will say "Advanced Edit". Click this button.
3. You will then be directed to that activity's "Advanced Edit" wizard.
Before making any revisions to an activity's "Advanced Edit", make sure to consult with your program manager first. Changes made in the "Advanced Edit" are more difficult to reverse once made, and should be closely considered beforehand.
