Downloading Task Submissions

Access Level: Contributor, Advisor, Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Contributor, Advisor, Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student

How to Download Task Submissions:

1. Navigate to the Activities tab on the left-side toolbar and find the activity. Click the three dots on the right of the activity card and choose 'View Completions.'

2. Next, apply any necessary filters and click 'Get portfolio items from current search'.

3. After clicking 'Get portfolio items from current search', choose the folder to download the submissions to. Note that you cannot download the submissions directly to your Desktop or Downloads - you'll need to create a specific folder in those places instead.

4. Give Suitable access to download the artifacts, and that's it!
