Keep in mind...
You can manually give credit to students for any Event or Task.
How to manually award credit to a small group of students or if you do not have a roster list of students to import:
- For past activities, expand the activity by pressing the arrow on the right-hand side of the activity. and click .
- For all current activities, expand the activity by pressing the arrow on the right-hand side of the activity. Click . Then click towards the bottom of the activity.
Select the students that deserve credit for the activity. You can now search for students with the search bar!
Once students are selected, you can either award them credit right away by clicking Give Credit, or you can View Selected in order to see the students you have selected. If you choose to View Selected first, remember to click Give Credit before exiting out!
How to manually award credit to a large group of students or if you have a roster list to import:
Alternatively, you can import a file (for example, an attendance file) with a list of students who completed the Task or attended the Event. Don't worry about filtering your data to remove students who are not in your program, we won't count them anyway - the system will just skip over their email addresses and only award credit to students who have access to that activity. Students who already have credit will not receive double credit.
Begin by clicking Import.
From here, you can either download the template provided or upload your own roster list with all columns removed except for student email addresses (*must be saved as CSV file).
If you choose to use the template, you only need to add student email addresses in column A then upload this file into the system.
Once you have uploaded the updated template file or your own roster list, press .
