Including an Activity Incentive

Keep in mind...

If you're hosting an event that will offer free food or any other giveaway, don't forget to include that in the Incentive section of the activity. This way, students will see a special demarcation to let them know they will receive a bonus for attending. It will also show them what the incentive is.

Incentives could include free food, entry into a raffle, a free t-shirt, etc. We all enjoy free things!

How to include an activity incentive:

1. Head to the Activities tab on the left-side toolbar and find the activity you want to add an incentive to. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the activity and select Edit Activity.

2. Put a description of the incentive in the Incentive text box.

3. Click Next in the top right corner until you reach the Preview tab, then choose Approve preview and post activity.
