Active vs. Inactive Students

Keep in mind...

To see when a student last engaged, we provide you with an Active vs. Inactive distinction.

• Active: the student has signed in within the last 30 days.
• Inactive: the student has not signed in within the last 30 days.

You can easily view active and inactive students through our User Management portal.

• Go to Settings > User Management
  • Scroll down and you can select the active type you are searching for and filter by student.
