Access Level: Advisor, Publisher, Administrator

This article is intended for users with Advisor, Publisher, or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor

To see when a student last engaged, we provide you with an Engaged vs. Unengaged distinction.

• Engaged: the student has signed in within the last 30 days.
• Unengaged: the student has not signed in within the last 30 days.

You can easily view active and inactive students through our User Management portal.

• Go to Settings > User Management
  • Scroll down and you can select the Engagement type you are searching for and filter by student.
