Sharing a Form

What's my access level?

Access Level: Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, and Administrator

This article is intended for users with Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, and Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student

Step 1: Access Forms from the Left Side Bar in Suitable

• Click on the 'Forms' tab and locate the form for which you want to share. Click on the actions menu represented by three dots associated with that form.

Step 2: Share the Form

Step 3: Choose Sharing Method

• You have two options for sharing the form:
  • Share Link: Copy the link and distribute it as needed.
  • QR Code: Generate and distribute a QR code that users can scan to access the form.
