Quick Video Guide
Step 1: Access the Forms Section
- Click on the 'Forms' tab in your dashboard.
Step 2: Create a New Form
- Click on ‘Create New Form’ to start the form creation process.
Step 3: Fill in Form Title and Description
- Enter a title and description for your new form in the provided textboxes to ensure clarity and context for users.
Step 4: Add Questions
- Use the dropdown menu to select the type of question you want to add (e.g., multiple choice, text, etc.).
- Note add answer options if necessary
Step 5: Add Page Breaks
- Click on 'Add Page Break'.
- Note adding page breaks is optional
Step 6: Preview Form
- Select 'Preview Form' to see a preview of your new form.
Step 7: Confirm Form Settings
- After completing the creation of your form, click on ‘Confirm Form Settings’ to finalize and save your new form.
