Forms Module - Submitting Forms on Mobile

To get started...

1. From the Suitable mobile app, choose the three lines on the bottom right
2. In the menu that appears, choose 'Forms'
3. Select the Form that you would like to complete

3. Fill out the Responses and continue hitting ‘Next’

3. When all responses are filled, click ‘Submit’
4. You will see a ‘Success’ when the form has been submitted
