Keep in mind…
- This guide explains how to update a user's status to 'Archived' via Import through either our User List import function, or our Roster Import function. To archive users one at a time, follow this article.
- Please note that 'Archived' is different from 'Alumni.' 'Alumni' is a classification title, meaning the user will retain an 'Active' status in the program.
- The 'Archived' status indicates that the user is inactive. While they retain access to their scorecard and data, they are no longer able to participate in the program.
