Access Level: Administrator
This article is intended for users with Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have this role, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor, or Publisher
Keep in Mind...
- This product is only available for partners who have purchased the Co-Curricular Transcript, which is different from the Scorecard. If you would like to add the Co-Curricular Transcript to your pathway, reach out to your Client Success representative.
- Once you are in your institution's pathway, navigate to Settings in the bottom left dropdown.

2. Once you are on the Settings page, select the Transcript option at the top.
3. Once in the Transcript page, you have the option to edit any of the following: Visuals, Featured Categories or Export Settings.
- Visuals allows you to edit the Program Name displayed on the Transcript, Logo or Seal Image, the Institution Representative Signature Image and/or the Institutional Colors.
- Make sure to hit Save Changes in the bottom right after making any edits. You can also Preview your changes to make sure the transcript appears as preferred.

Featured Categories allows you to choose which Experience Tags to feature on the Transcript. You can also:
- Replace the defaulted icon with another from the provided experience icon library.
- Remove a category from being featured.
- Make sure to hit Save Changes in the bottom right after making any edits.
- Export Settings allows you to select which features within the Transcript get featured when a user downloads the transcript. You can select or unselect whichever your preferences are.
- Make sure to hit Save Changes in the bottom right after making any edits.
