NACE Ready - Creating an Activity with Forms

Keep in mind…

• This feature is only available to partners utilizing NACE Ready.
• You cannot add an Observer Form to an activity.
• You cannot add a form to an activity unless the form has been enabled for Activities.

1. Click on 'Activities' tab on the left side, then 'Create New Activity' in the top right.

2. Select 'Task' then continue through the activity creation process, referring to the Creating Task Activities article for guidance.

3. Select the 'Forms' tab and select the Form that you'd like to add to the activity by clicking 'Add'

• Please note that the form group title will appear in parentheses at the end of the form name.

4. Continue through the activity creation process, and click on ‘Approve preview and post activity’.
