NACE Ready - Share Form and Push Notifications

• This feature is available to partners utilizing NACE Ready at this time.
• Creating a custom mobile push notification and sending it out to your selected group of students drives engagement and meets your students where they are. Only permissioned administrators have access to send Push Notifications.

This article will go over how to share a Form and how to create a push notification for the Form.

Share Form

1. Click on the 'Career Readiness' Tab

2. Select the NACE Ready Form.

• Click on the action menu represented by the three dots associated with that form. 
• Select 'Share form'

3. Share Form Options

• You can 'Copy Link' or you can share the smart code. 
• You can also share the Smart Code by downloading or copying it. 

Sending a Push Notification

1. After following the steps above, you can select 'Copy Link'

2. Go to the 'Notifications' Tab

3. Select 'Create a push notification'

4. Creating a Push Notification

• Select 'Linked Announcement' 
• Create a headline for this notification
• Paste the Form URL link in the website link

5. You can schedule the notification delivery or you can select 'Send now'

6. Select a student list. This can be a custom-made distribution list, or you can select all students. 

7. Select 'Create and Schedule' when complete.
