This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Note:
This guide covers how to distribute Career Readiness forms to your students. You can share forms manually via a link or smart code, send them in bulk to specific students, or broadcast them using a mobile push notification.

- This feature is available to partners utilizing NACE Ready at this time.
- Permissions: Publishers and Administrators can share Career Readiness Forms, but only Administrators can send Mobile Notifications.
Shortcuts
Sharing a Form (Link or Smart Code)
You can easily grab a direct link or a scannable QR code (Smart Code) to distribute the form across your own emails, websites, or physical flyers.
- From the Dashboard, click on the 'Career Readiness' tab on the left sidebar.
- Choose the Form Group for the Form you'd like to share, then click the arrow on the right to open the Form Group.
- Click the three dots on the Student Assessment form to Share Form.
- A menu will appear with your Share Form Options.
- You can 'Copy Link' or you can share the smart code.
- You can also share the Smart Code by downloading and copying it.
Sending the Form in Bulk
If you need a specific roster of students to complete the assessment, you can upload their information to send the form directly to their accounts.
- Locate the student form that you want to bulk send the form for.
- Click on the three dots and choose Add Respondents.
- A window will pop up, where you can download an Excel template to fill out with the usernames of students who need to complete the form.
- After filling in the username, re-upload the file in Suitable. The form will be sent to all students immediately.
Sending a Push Notification
Administrators can broadcast the form directly to students' mobile devices using a push notification.
- First, follow the steps in the "Sharing a Form" section above to 'Copy Link'.
- Next, go to the 'Notifications' Tab on your left sidebar.
- Select 'Create a push notification'.
- Configure your notification settings:
- Select 'Linked Announcement'.
- Create a headline for this notification.
- Paste the Form URL link in the website link.
- Select a student list. This can be a custom-made distribution list, or you can select all students.
- You can schedule the notification delivery or you can select 'Send now'.
- Select 'Create and Schedule' when complete.
