- This article is intended for users with Student, Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
- Ineligible Roles: Contributor, Advisor
- This report can only be accessed once an Observer has completed the Observer Assessment Form or when the Student Assessment has been completed.
- This report cannot be accessed via the mobile application at this time.
- This feature is available to partners utilizing NACE Ready at this time.
Student Shortcut: Accessing the Career Readiness Report
As a Publisher/Administrator:
Step 1: From the Dashboard, click on the 'Career Readiness' tab on the left sidebar.
Step 2: Choose the Form Group for the Career Readiness Report you'd like to view, then click the arrow on the right to open the Form Group.
Step 3: Click the three dots on the Student Assessment form to View Responses.
Step 4: On the list of Responses, select the three-dot action menu of the response you want to view.
- Select 'View Career Readiness Report'
- Please note to select one that the status is 'Completed'.
Step 6: You will be brought to view the full report.

By default, the report will display the response you selected.
To view a different response, check the corresponding box.
If you’d like to see an average across multiple reports, select the additional Self-Assessments.
- You can also filter within the 'Observer Assessments'
As a Student:
1. From the Dashboard, click on the Forms tab on the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to the 'My Responses' tab at the top.
3. Look for the Career Readiness Observer Assessment or Student Assessment, and find one with the status of 'Completed'.
4. To the right of the response, click on the three dots, then 'View Career Readiness Report'.
5. Once you open the report, click on 'See my rating' to view the full report.
