Keep in mind...
If you forget your local password for the app, you can create a password reset request. When a request has been created you will be notified, via the email linked to your account, of your new account credentials. You will use these credentials to log in to both the mobile and web applications.
Please note: this does not apply if your school is using Single Sign On through the University's Portal.
If you've created multiple password reset requests you will receive multiple emails containing new account credentials. Each subsequent request invalidates the credentials from the previous one, so be sure to use the credentials from the most recent email.
Mobile
In the login view select Forgot Password? On the next view, select Recover Password. Then wait to receive your new credentials via email and enter them in to the original password input box. If possible, try to copy and paste the password into the input box to mitigate manual entry errors.

- Remember to check your SPAM inbox to locate password reset emails.
- On mobile, you can check off Show Password when entering your password. This helps highlight any spelling errors.
