Toggling Email Notifications

What's my access level?

Access Level: Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, Administrator

This article is intended for users with Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student

Keep in mind...

As a program administrator, you will automatically be setup to receive weekly email notifications on Mondays. The email will list the activities with pending approvals. You can opt in or out at any time on the web app. If you opt out, you will not receive weekly email notifications.

To turn on/off email notifications:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account

2. Scroll to the bottom for Email Notifications.

3. Once there, you can opt in or out by answering the email notification question with the yes/no toggle. Input your password above this section and click Save Changes.

4. If confirmed to receive email notifications, be on the lookout for a weekly email titled Pending approvals for program. Be sure to check your SPAM folder.
