NACE Ready - Accessing and Viewing a Student's Scorecard and Portfolio

• The photos included in this article demonstrate what the student scorecard and portfolio look like within a pathway that utilizes only NACE Ready, without badges, points, or a leaderboard.

This article will go over how to access a student's scorecard and portfolio within NACE Ready pathways.

How to find a student's Scorecard:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to your name in the bottom left corner, then click Settings > User Management. 

2. Find the student whose scorecard and portfolio you would like to view. Click on the vertical three dot ellipses within the tile of that student.

3. Here, you'll see portfolio items and activity completions tailored to your experience with NACE Ready.

Portfolio All artifacts students are asked to submit to complete task-submission activities can be found here. The independent works that students upload are also found here.  Students can also select 'Share' on this page and paste the copied link below their email signature, within their LinkedIn, etc.   Portfolio Permissions Public Portfolio items are visible to all with the student's link. Private Portfolio items are only visible to admins and the scorecard owner.

Understanding Scorecard Sharing

• Students are able to share their scorecard link only if they choose to do so. If a student chooses to share their link with someone external to Suitable, only the public view of the scorecard will be shown.
• The public view of a scorecard DOES NOT show:
  • Portfolio items that a student has elected to keep private
• If you want a student to share their scorecard with an employer, graduate school, etc., we recommend that you communicate with the student to check their portfolio items and have them toggle items to private if they do not want others to view those items.
