To add forms to activities in bulk, first, we need to locate the Form ID. Once you have this information, enter the ID in the FormId column of the Curriculum Import Template.

Retrieving the Form ID

Step 1: To access Forms, click on the 'Forms' tab on the left side of your Dashboard. 

Step 2: Locate the Form for which you want to add to an Activity.

• Select the action menu options, represented by the three dots, on the Form.
• Select the 'Copy ID' option to copy the Form's unique ID.

Uploading Activities with the Form ID

Once you have the Form's unique ID, you can use the Curriculum Import Template to upload activities with the Form's ID. To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1: To access Activities, click on the 'Activities' tab on the left side of your Dashboard.

Step 2: Creating New Activities

• Select the dropdown menu under '+Create New Activity'
• Select '+Upload Curriculum'

Step 3: Creating New Activities - Curriculum Import Template

• Select 'Download Import Template' and begin to fill in the excel file.

Step 4: Adding Form ID to Curriculum Import Template

• Paste Form ID to 'FormId' Column.

Step 5: Importing Activities

• Once the template is filled in and saved, click 'Select a file' within the Upload curriculum window,  attach the file, and select 'Import Activities'
• If successful, a box with a confirmation message will pop up to confirm.
• If unsuccessful, a red box will pop up notifying you of the rows with errors. Once the errors are updated within the file, you can re-import the file.
