Deleting a Form Response

This feature is only available for administrators with edit permission for Forms.
Shortcut to Deleting a Form Response
Shortcut to Delete Career Readiness Form Response

Step 1: To access Forms, click on the 'Forms' tab on the left side of your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Form for which you want to delete a Response.

Step 3: Delete Response.

Select the action menu options, represented by the three dots, on the Form Response
Select the 'Delete Response' option
There will be a pop up 'Delete Form Response'
Select 'Delete Response'

Delete Career Readiness Form Response

You will follow the same steps above in the Career Readiness tab.

Step 1: To access the Career Readiness tabs, click on the 'Career Readiness' tab on the left side of your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Career Readiness Form for which you want to delete a Response.

Step 3: Delete Response.

Select the action menu options, represented by the three dots, on the Form Response
Select the 'Delete Response' option
There will be a pop up 'Delete Form Response'
Select 'Delete Response'

Please Note you can also delete the response of an 'Assigned' Form that has not yet been 'Completed'
