- This article is intended for users with Student Org Admin or Org Admin access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
- Ineligible Roles: Member, Leader, Manager
- To provide funds, admins can use the Fund Control Panel to initiate a deposit.
Step 1. Navigate to Finance from the main left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2. From the Fund Landing Page, click on the Root Fund.
In this example, we will be using the 'Campus Life' Fund

Step 3. At the Campus Life landing page, select Deposit in the top right section.

Step 4. In the modal that appears, fill in the Memo (optional) and the Amount to deposit with the desired amount, and select Next.

Step 5. Confirm and complete the transaction.
You can view the Deposit added in the 'Campus Life' Fund in the Transactions below.
