- This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
- Ineligible Roles: Member, Leader, Manager
Step 1. Navigate to Finance from the main left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2. From the Fund Landing Page, select the downward cursor of the Fund Account to see the list of Spend Accounts.
In this example, we will be using the 'Main Campus' Fund

Step 4. In the list of Spend Accounts, select the student organization you want to submit a finance purchase for.
- In this example, we will be using the 'Chess Club'

Step 5. At the Chess Club landing page, select Payment in the top right section.
- Currently, the available balance is $750 and the Actual Expenses are at $250

Step 6. In the modal that appears, fill in the Memo (optional) and the Amount to pay with the desired amount, and select Next.
- In this example, we will be making a payment of $100
- You can see your new balance after this payment is $650

Step 7. A confirmation modal will appear, outlining the action:
The modal will explain that the payment will be pulled from the balances across associated accounts.
- To proceed, click the "Submit" button.

Upon successful payment, you will see a "Great success!" Modal.

You can view the Payment in the Spend Account's Transactions below.
Now the available balance is $650 and the Actual Expenses are at $350
