To begin the process, please contact your representative from Suitable’s Client Success Team if you would like to add Student Organizations to your subscription.
Keep in mind...
- Access Level: Org Admin only
- This article is intended for users with Org Admin access in Suitable. If you don’t have this role, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
- Ineligible Roles: Member, Leader, Manager, Student Org Admin
- You will need to have an organization administrator access role to add users to your institution's organization.
- Click on your program's logo in the top left corner of Suitable and switch to your program's institutional organization.
2. Go to Settings on the left side, then navigate to the User Management tab.
3. Click 'Add Users One at a Time', then fill out the form with First Name, Last Name, Username, and User Role
- Admin: Can add other Admins or Student Org Admins, along with managing the organization profiles and other organizational features.
- Student Org Admin: CANNOT add other Admins or Student Org Admins, but can manage the organization profiles and other organizational features.
4. Click on 'Add User to Roster', and you're done!
