Making a Transfer from a Spend Account to a Fund

Keep in mind...

• Access Level: Student Org Admin, Org Admin

• This article is intended for users with Student Org Admin or Org Admin access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

• Ineligible Roles: Member, Leader, Manager

Step 1. Navigate to Finance from the main left-hand navigation menu.

Step 2. From the Fund Landing Page, click on the Cursor on the Root Fund, the spend account is under.

• In this example, we will be using the 'Main Campus Fund'

Step 3. Select the Spend Account.

• In this example, we will be using 'Big Brothers Big Sisters'

Step 4. At the Big Brothers Big Sisters landing page, select Transfer in the top right section.

Step 5. In the modal that appears, select the Fund account in the account you want to transfer from, and select Next.

• In this example, we will be using the 'Main Campus Fund'

Step 6. In the next modal that appears, fill in the amount to transfer with the desired amount, and select Next.

• In this example, we will be transferring $500

Step 7. The next modal that appears will explain all the transfer details. 

• Fill in the Memo (optional)
• Select Complete Transfer

• Another modal will appear that confirms the transfer "Great success!"

• You can view the completed Transfer in the Spend Account's Transactions below.
