Need to check on a notification you've already scheduled or review one that has been sent? Here's how to view your upcoming and past push notifications.
Keep in mind...
The Upcoming tab allows respective administrators to view scheduled push notifications across their Pathway, provide situational awareness and target student populations. It serves as the default tab among all Mobile Push Notification Management tabs.
The Past tab allows administrators to view sent notifications across their Pathway. This page offers administrators situational awareness on all sent notifications and their recipient student populations.
Viewing Upcoming Notifications
1. Access Notifications
- From your dashboard, access the "Notifications" page. The default page is Upcoming.
- You can also use the search bar to find a specific mobile push notification, or change the drop-down bar to the right to show notifications created only by you, or by anyone.
Viewing Past Notifications
1. Access Notifications
- From your dashboard, access the "Notifications" page. Choose Past at the top.
- Here, you can see all mobile push notifications that have already been sent to students, including when they were delivered and who initiated the notification.
- You can also use the search bar to find a specific mobile push notification on this screen, or change the drop-down bar to the right to show notifications created only by you, or by anyone.
