This article is intended for users with Student Org Admin, Org Admin access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Viewing All Requests Within an Organization
To effectively manage your campus operations, administrators need a way to view all requests that have been created within their organization. This feature is especially helpful for verifying bulk sends, such as reregistration requests, ensuring that the expected number of requests went out and allowing you to resend or update memberships if any are missing.
Important Note
- The All Requests tab can only be viewed by Student Org and Org Admins. Pathway Admins without Org Admins access will only see the My Requests tab.
How to View and Manage All Requests
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and select the Requests option.
- At the top of the page, you will see two tabs: My Requests and All Requests.
- Click the All Requests tab.
- The page will populate with a list of all requests for your organization (or institution, depending on your current view).
- Note: Requests that are currently in "draft" status will not appear on this list.
Sorting Your View
- By default, the list is ordered by status and then by date, with the most recent requests appearing at the top of the page.
- You can click the Date Created column header to prioritize sorting by date. Clicking this header toggles between ascending and descending order.
Filtering Your View
Click the Filter button to narrow down the list of requests. You can apply the following filters:
- Request Type
- Student Organization
- Current Task
