Access Level: Publisher or Administrator
This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor
Note: You must also be rostered to an Admin Group in The Hub to use this function.
Once the Suitable team has enabled your workflow and your form is customized, administrators must initiate the requests to send them to the student organizations.
How to Send Requests
- Navigate to the Workflows tab.
- Locate your Re-Registration workflow, click the three-dot menu, and select Send Requests.
- Name your request (e.g., "Spring 2026 Organization Registration").
- Select the eligible organizations you wish to send the request to.
- Select the designated recipients. For re-registration, this is typically the Point of Contact (POC) role.
- Click Send to distribute the workflow.
