Access Level: Leader, Manager
This article is intended for users with Leader, Manager access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Member, Student Org Admin, or Org Admin
Note:
As a club Point of Contact or designated member, you are responsible for re-registering your organization for the upcoming year. Follow these steps to complete the workflow.
Accessing the Request
Once an administrator initiates the process, you will be notified via email and a notification on your navigation bar.
Log in and navigate to My Requests.
Locate the request (e.g., "Spring 2026 Organization Registration").
Click the three dots icon next to the request.
Select View to open the form.
Completing the Form
To move your organization out of "Pending Registration" or "Inactive" status, you must submit the required documentation.
Fill out the Form: Answer all questions provided in your university’s specific re-registration request.
Submit: Once all fields are complete, hit the Submit button.
Track Progress: Your request status will update to In Progress with the current task listed as "Reregistration Approval" while it waits for admin review.
Finalization
After you submit, an administrator will review your application. They may Approve, Deny, or Send Back the form for further instructions.
Completion: When the admin approves the request, the workflow status will change to Completed.
Active Status: Your organization’s account standing will automatically update to Active.
