Access Level: Publisher or Administrator
This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor
Note:
Occasionally, a re-registration request may be sent to the incorrect person. For example, if the current student leader does not update the Point of Contact (POC) before the launch, the re-registration gets sent to them instead of the new leadership.
How to handle incorrect recipients:
The current student leader should contact the admin; they cannot simply forward the request to the new leader.
The admin will need to locate and cancel the active re-registration request.
The current leader must identify and assign the new POC using the Transition of Power workflow.
Once the new POC is denoted, the admin can reissue the request to the organization.
To Cancel a Workflow Request:
Navigate to Requests on the left side.
Locate the Request you need to cancel, either under My Requests or All Requests.
Once the Request has been located, click on the three dots on the right, and choose Cancel.
