Are you having trouble with signing into your Suitable account? Here are some quick tips for signing in to get you logged in:
1. Are you using the correct institution email address? Some institutions provide students with multiple email addresses, such as one based on a student ID number (000000@myuniversity.edu) and your name (test.student@myuniversity.edu). In some cases, your NetID email (abc123@myuniversity.edu) may also be used. Please try each of these options to see which one works.
2. Do you have auto-fill enabled? Some web browsers can automatically remember your email and password for you to make signing in easier. However, this tool can also fill in the wrong email address for you without realizing it.
3. Is your School/College a part of Suitable? Some departments on campus utilize the Suitable program, while others are working on adopting the platform. Check with your department to see if they use Suitable yet.
