What's my access level?

Keep in mind...

• Access Level: Student, Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, and Administrator
• This article is intended for Student, Contributor, Advisor, Publisher, and Administrator account types

1) Go to app.suitable.co or download the Suitable mobile app via the app store (recommended)

2) Type in your email at the log-in screen

3) Click the "Sign in another way" link   

4a) A temporary password will be sent to the email address

4b) If a local password is already set, you will need to then click "Forgot Password" and a temporary password will be sent

5) Use the temporary password to sign in

6) Once signed into Suitable, go to the account settings and change the password using either the web app and mobile app
