Linking and Unlinking Student Organizations to your Pathway – Suitable

Access Level: Student Org Admin, Org Admin
This article is intended for users with Student Org Admin or Org Admin access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Member, Leader, Manager

After student organization profiles are created, you will have the ability to make them visible or hidden to students within a specific Guided Pathway

2. There are two options. Blue for "Link to your Pathway" and white for "Unlink from your Pathway"

BLUE means that when a student navigates to the organization tab, the organization will appear.
WHITE means that this organization will not appear to students on the organization tab.

Note: Why Link or unlink?

You may want to unlink an organization for a variety of reasons including but not limited to:
- An organization is inactive or in bad standing
- You want to make edits to an organization before making it visible to students
- The organization is pending registration
