What's my access level?

 

Access Level: Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor

• If your institution has Activity Sharing for multiple Guided Pathways, you will have access to an activity sharing report.

1. First, navigate to the activities tab of your sidebar 

 

      2. Next, navigate to your "Activity Digest" 

     3. Select "Activity sharing Report" 

   4. You will be able to select the date range for your report. 

Note: You can only export 50,000 rows per report

  5. After selecting "Get Report", you will receive it via email 

Note: Why Pull an activity sharing report? 

This excel file will list out every activity that exists in the digest, and a row for each Guided Pathway that will indicate if that pathway was the owner, or if that pathway adopted the activity or not. The report will also display the number of completions for that activity within each pathway.
