Summary
You can now send a published custom form straight to the people who need to complete it, with an email link for each one. Workflow requests are easier to keep moving. Student leaders get an email when a task needs them, and you see a clear message when nobody holds the role a task needs. Building activities is also clearer, with simpler steps for level, competencies and experience sets.
New features
Add respondents to custom forms
Admins can now add respondents to a published custom form by uploading a spreadsheet of usernames. Each respondent gets an email with a link to complete the form. On the form's responses page, you can filter by Sent or Completed and resend reminders, so it is easier to follow up with anyone who has not finished. Learn more: Viewing Form Responses
Improvements
- When a workflow task assigned by role or title opens, everyone who holds that role or title in the requesting student organization now gets an email asking them to take action. Members who turned off Participant Emails do not get this email.
- If nobody in the requesting student organization holds the role or title a task is dynamically assigned to, the request page now shows a message naming that role or title. The request cannot move past that task until the organization assigns someone, but admins can still bypass the task.
- In the Option of step of the activity wizard, you can now search your experience sets and add the activity to more than one at a time. Admins, publishers, contributors and advisors can use this step. Learn more: Adding an Activity as an Option to an Existing Experience Set
- Signing in to the web app is now more secure. The mobile app is not affected.
Fixes
- Institution roster syncs with Auto Update Usernames turned on now finish and report their results, even when a file has no rows to sync.
