Need to see who received a specific push notification? Want to see which students have push notifications enabled? Follow the steps below to download a recipient report.
Keep in mind...
Depending on the type of notification, you will want to consider what information from the report reflects a successful push notification. Some notifications do not provide links for students to click, so the date open may not be relevant to your reporting.
1. Navigate to the Sent Tab
- From the "Notifications" section of your dashboard, select the "Sent" tab to view all previously sent notifications.
- Click on the three dots next to a notification that you would like to pull the report for, then choose "Export Recipients".
3. Access the Recipient Report
- The recipient report will be sent to your email, and a green header will pop up, indicating a successful request.
- The link emailed to you will expire within 7 days, so be sure to store the report in an accessible location.
4. Information in the Recipient Report
- There are several pieces of key information in the recipient report, such as:
- Notification Type
- Delivery Date
- Associated Message or Link (if applicable)
- Number of Recipients
