Welcome to the Suitable Community! You're in great company here as we all have something in common - a passion for student success!
I'm excited to introduce myself, chat with partners I do know, and get to know partners I don't know very well.
My name is Kelsey and I am from the Pittsburgh, PA countryside. I attended two PASSHE schools - Clarion (Bachelor of Science) & Cal U (Master of Education). After graduate school I worked in higher education, Career Services to be specific, for close to 6 years. During that time I developed an interest in student development in relation to the NACE competencies. I truly believe that what students do and learn outside of the classroom means just as much as what students learn inside the classroom.
I joined Suitable in June 2021 and it has been a pleasure to work with institutions all across the country in their student engagement endeavors.
Outside of work I have a busy life with a toddler, dog, and two cats - it never seems to be quiet. I enjoy practicing yoga, visiting local cafes/breweries, and camping at PA State Parks throughout the summer. I've been to Iceland twice and I can't wait to go back!

Welcome everyone to the Suitable Community! We're so excited to have you here, and I can't wait to meet you all and hear about your experiences, as well as see you all develop your student success communities and 'village'.
My name is Elaney (uh-lay-knee), and I like to tell people I'm from the South (raised in the panhandle of Texas, was born in and went to college in Florida). I attended Tallahassee Community College for my first two years of college and finished up my B.S. degree in International Affairs and Political Science at Florida State University. Upon graduation, I began working in international education at the University of Pennsylvania here in Philadelphia, PA. This work, as well as the experiences I gathered during my time in college, especially as a FGLI student, greatly contributed to my passion for student success. Which eventually led me to Suitable!
I joined the University Success team at Suitable in May 2021 and have loved working in the intersection of higher education, student success, and technology ever since!
Life outside of work for me consists of powerlifting, yoga, playing the trombone, grocery shopping (I LOVE it), and volunteering my time with non-profit immigration advocacy organizations where I can!

Hi all! We're happy you found us here. This is your space to stay connected with the Suitable community—ask all your burning questions, network with like-minded higher ed rockstars, and request and rally support behind your most sought after feature enhancements.
For those of you I haven't yet had the pleasure to meet, my name is Sam Schwartz and I am Philly and Temple Made (go Owls!). I began my career in political organizing after graduating in 2017 with a B.A. in Rhetoric and Public Advocacy. My role organizing college students sparked an interest in working with colleges to enhance the student experience. From there, I pivoted to providing faculty, staff, and student support for institutions such as Penn State Lehigh Valley, Haverford College, and the University of the Sciences. This experience plus my ever-deepening enthusiasm for community- and relationship-building has allowed me the joy of identifying opportunities for growth and connection to an expanding network of innovative college and university partners (that's y'all!).
I joined Suitable in November 2019 as our 10th team member, and have loved every minute of witnessing the team grow in its capacity to facilitate success for an evolving partner base.
Outside of work, you can find me volunteering with one of Philly's many arts festivals, catching a recent film festival favorite at a local theater, hitting the Peloton, or getting out of the city to partake in my favorite day-trip combo—hiking and wine tasting!

Hello everyone to the Suitable Community! I am excited to get to know all of you that I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting.
My name is Hailey, and I am from the Greater Philadelphia area. I attended the Univerisity of the Arts for my BFA in fibers and textiles. Upon graduating, I worked as a studio manager. My natural knack for teaching and learning led me to pursue my master's in arts administration and museum leadership at Drexel University. Through all of me educational and work experience, I have learned that there are a lot of ways I can help students outside of the classroom, which what lead me to Suitable.
I joined the customer success team in February 2022 and have loved being able to learn something new every day while helping amazing partners like you! Let's stay connected on LinkedIn.
My life outside of work consists of teaching, sewing, gardening, hiking, camping, and hanging out with my two cats, Spring and Summer!
Below is a picture of me and one of my favorite pieces I have made. You will always notice I have a big smile on my face. I can't help it.

Hello and welcome! Glad you chose to engage on this platform. Please, post and connect with other Suitable Community members!
My name is Christopher, and I am from Bucks County, PA. I earned my B.A. and M.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. During undergrad, I wanted to connect with other students and make meaningful connections with staff and faculty; getting involved on campus allowed me to make these connections quicker, so I aggressively engaged with opportunities relevant to my skills and interests. In my professional role as an Academic Advisor, I encouraged students to do the same and get active.
In February 2022 I joined the University Success team, and it has been awesome! It is encouraging to see that universities of all sizes and types are partnering with us and meeting students where they are. My goal is to support our partners in empowering students to be the best versions of themselves.
Outside of work I enjoy watching movies, PC gaming, trying out different restaurants, and being physically active. This picture was taken during my last race at WCU, which I won!
