Access Level: Administrator
This article is intended for users with Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have this role, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor, Publisher
There are three ways to ensure users can access your program:
- Student Data Feed
- Quick Add (the process outlined in this article)
- Manual upload process
Adding Users to your Program:
- From the Dashboard, click on 'View Students'.
- Select + Import New User.

The required fields to import users are Username (non-alias email address), First Name, Last Name, and User Role.
- You can add information to the optional fields as well, but they are not required to import the user.
- Once your selected fields are filled, scroll down and select “Add User to Roster” to import the user.
