Enabling Forms for Use with an Activity

Access Level: Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor

Keep in mind…

• Use these instructions for pre-existing Forms that you want to add to an Activity. To learn how to create an activity that includes a Form, refer to this article.

Enabling Forms on Activity

1. Navigate to the Forms tab on the left side, then locate the Form you want to enable for use within an activity.

2. Go to the 'Settings' tab of your Form by clicking on the three dots on the right, then choosing 'Edit form'.

3. Under the 'Form Activity Settings' section, toggle yes to enable use of the Form on Activities.
