This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.
Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor
Keep in mind…
- Ensure the Form you want to use with an activity is already created. To create a new Form to use with an activity, refer to these instructions.
- For NACE Ready Partners: note that you cannot add an Observer Form to an activity.
Creating an Activity with Forms
1. Click on Activities on the left side, then Create New Activity in the top right.
2. Select 'Task' then continue through the activity creation process, referring to the Creating Task Activities article for guidance.
3. Select the 'Forms' tab and select the Form that you'd like to add to the activity by clicking 'Add'.
- Note: if the form is a part of a form group, the title will appear in parentheses at the end of the form name.

4. Continue through the activity creation process, and click on ‘Approve preview and post activity’.
