Forms Module - Viewing Form Responses

• This feature is only available to partners utilizing the Hub product or NACE Ready at this time.
• This article provides information on how to view form responses, and download submitted items from forms.
• In order to view your responses to your submitted forms follow this article.

Viewing Form Responses

Step 1: Access the Forms Section

• Click on the 'Forms' tab in your dashboard

Step 2: View Responses

• Click on the action menu under the three dots associated with that form.
• Select 'View Responses'

Step 3: Select Form Response

• Click on action menu under the three dots associated with that specific form submission.
• Select 'View Response Details'

Step 4: View Specific Questions and Answers

Viewing Form Responses with File Uploads

Step 1: Follow all the Steps Above

Step 2: Click on the Question with File Upload Option as an Answer

• Click 'Download Submission'

Step 3: View File
