Access Level: Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor

Shortcut to Viewing Form Responses with File Uploads

• This article provides information on how to view form responses, and download submitted items from forms.
• In order to view your responses to your submitted forms, follow this article.

Viewing Form Responses

Step 1: Access the Forms Section

• Click on the 'Forms' tab in your dashboard

Step 2: View Responses

• Click on the action menu under the three dots associated with that form.
• Select 'View Responses'

Step 3: Select Form Response

• Click on action menu under the three dots associated with that specific form submission.
• Select 'View Response Details'

Step 4: View Specific Questions and Answers

Step 1: Follow all the Steps Above

Step 2: Click on the Question with File Upload Option as an Answer

• Click 'Download Submission'

Step 3: View File
