Approving Activities with Forms

What's my access level?

Access Level: Publisher or Administrator

This article is intended for users with Publisher or Administrator access in Suitable. If you don’t have one of these roles, some of the steps outlined below may not be available in your account.

Ineligible Roles: Student, Contributor, Advisor

Keep in mind…

• To learn how to create an activity that includes a Form, refer to this article.

Step 1: Access the Approvals Section

• Click on the 'Approvals' tab in your dashboard.

Step 2: Reviewing Pending Approvals with Form Responses

• Here, you will see all pending approvals within the All Pending Completions tab. You will see all completed activities pending approval, and the number of pending completions.

Step 3: Reviewing Form Responses

• You can click on 'View Form Response' and the responses will pop up.

Step 4: Downloading Form Responses

• Click the downward arrow.
• Click on 'Download Responses'

Step 5: Approving Activities with Forms

• You will Approve, Approve with feedback, or Deny the activity.
• If you Deny or Approve with Feedback, a text box will appear for you to provide feedback to the student. This feedback will then be sent to the student via email.
