Managing Organization Attachments & Media
Student organizations can enhance their profiles by uploading relevant documents, images, and media directly to their content sections in Suitable. This guide covers how to upload, manage, and view these attachments.

How to Add Attachments
Student leaders and admins can add files to any content section within their organization's profile.
- Navigate to the Organization Profile and click the Manage button.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the desired content section within the organization profile.
- Below the text editor, click the Add Attachment button.
- A Choose File menu will appear.
- Select the file you wish to upload from your computer, or upload a URL.
- Note: You can upload multiple files by clicking "Add Attachment" again. New file pickers will appear below the existing ones.

Click Save Organization or Save Edit to apply your changes.
Important: If you click "Add Attachment" but do not select a file, you will see an error message when trying to save. Please ensure all file pickers have a file selected, or remove the empty ones.
Managing and Deleting Attachments
You can remove outdated files or images any time through the profile editor.
- Navigate to the Organization Profile and click the Manage button.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Locate the file you wish to remove.
- Click the Delete Attachment button to the right of the file.

Confirm Deletion: A message will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to remove this attachment?"
- Click Cancel to keep the file.
- Click Continue to permanently delete the file.
- Once confirmed, the file row will disappear from the list.
Viewing and Downloading Files
Once saved, attachments are visible to all members and admins visiting the organization's profile, in accordance with the privacy settings for that content section.
- Previewing: Click on the File Name to open the file previewer.
- Downloading: While in the previewer, you can view the content (images, PDFs, etc.) and use the Download button to save the file to your device.
Accessing Attachments on Mobile
You can also view and download organization resources directly from the mobile app.
- Navigate to the profile in the Suitable mobile app.

Locate the file by scrolling to the content section where the file is hosted. You will see the attachments visible in their respective sections.
- Note: The filename displayed next to the icon will match the original file name (e.g., "Student_Handbook.pdf").

Download or preview the attachment link or icon by tapping on it.
- The app will either start a download or open the file in the previewer/new tab depending on your device settings.
- Access the item from your local device to view the content.
Important Constraints & Notes
- File Limit: Each content section can hold a maximum of 20 files. Once this limit is reached, the "Add Attachment" button will become disabled.
- Reporting: Please note that if you pull an Organization Report (CSV), uploaded files will not be listed in the report.
