Keep in Mind...
- You must have the Qualtrics integration set up in Suitable before integrating a survey with an activity. Follow these instructions first to set this up.
This guide will provide instructions on how to add a Qualtrics survey into an activity.
- In your Suitable pathway, begin creating an activity as you normally would.
- Note: A Qualtrics survey can only be added to a Task.
- After you have entered basic task information under the Details tab, you will move to the Validations tab. The last toggle is Does this activity require a Qualtrics survey to be completed - toggle to Yes.

- A drop down will appear of all previously created Qualtrics surveys. Select the one you want to embed within the activity.
- Progress through the remaining activity details as you normally would and save at the end.

The activity should now be saved within your list of activities and with a Qualtrics survey embedded within it.
- Once your activity has been created with the Qualtrics survey included, your students should be able to view the activity. Below is how students will see the activity after clicking into it:
